40 Sit-ups
50 Squats
Rest precisely three minutes between each round.
5:39, 5:53, 6:01, 6:40, 6:11 - 30:24 total, 43 seconds faster than last time.

First time I managed to get all 5 rounds.
Rounds at:
4:54, 6:07, 6:36, 7:18, 6:12.
31:07 total work time. This is one of the hardest CF workouts I've done.
