Five rounds, each for time of:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats

Rest precisely three minutes between each round.

First time I managed to get all 5 rounds.

Rounds at:

4:54, 6:07, 6:36, 7:18, 6:12.

31:07 total work time. This is one of the hardest CF workouts I've done.
