Travel sucks.

So I'm flying off to Australia next month. Economy tickets are in the $3000 range. So I thought, "Well, jeez, that's a 97 hour flight, I'll upgrade to business class, maybe."

A click or two later, I found this:

Coach: $2,900
Business Class: $14,950
First Class: $26,840

Twenty-six thousand freaking dollars?

For this price, I also found an '06 Hummer H3 (not that I'd ever buy such a stupid vehicle), an '07 Nissan Murano and an '06 Ford F-150.
I could buy a pair of '04 Subaru Outbacks.

Seriously, WTF? Who pays these prices? And I know, when I get on the plane, that the seats are gonna be full.
