Rankel

Warmup:
Row a leisurely 500M @ 1:50

WOD:
"Rankel"
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
225 pound Deadlift, 6 reps
7 Burpee pull-ups
10 Kettlebell swings, 2 pood
Run 200 meters

Managed 4 rounds.  The swings just killed me.  The burpee pullups weren't bad at all, surprisingly.

Buyout:
Bench press
135x8, 155x7, 175x6, 195x5, 215x3, 225x2, 135x6.

BW: 200
