Crossfit Total:
Squat: 315, shoulder press: 165, deadlift: 405, total 885
Almost got 415 on the deadlift. It moved but I couldn't quite get it.
5x3 Push Jerk at 185, 185, 195, 185, 185. Harder than I thought it would be.
Finished up with some jumprope drills.
