Lynne, +1 Clean and Jerk

Five rounds for max reps of:
Body weight bench press
Pull-ups

5,5,5,5,4=24 this time vs. 25 last time.
13,13,13,13,12 (64) vs. 74 last time.

Both numbers dropped significantly the last two times I did this - I wonder if my shoulder is still tweaked and I'm compensating for it?

+1 Clean and Jerk
With a continuously running clock do one 135 pound Clean and Jerk the first minute, two 135 pound Clean and Jerks the second minute, three 135 pound Clean and Jerks the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.

Managed six rounds for a total of 21 reps. That was hard!
