400M, dumbbell swings, HSPUs

Three rounds for time:
Run 400 meters
1 1/2 pood Kettlebell X 21 swings (or 55 pound dumbbell swing)
12 Handstand push-ups

14:01.

Finished up with incline bench, 5x5 @ 135, 155, 165, 155, 145
