Shoulder press 1-1-1-1-1 reps
Push press 3-3-3-3-3 reps
Push Jerk 5-5-5-5-5 reps

Shoulder press at 135, 155, 165(f), 155, 160
Push press at 155, 155, 165, 175, 175
Push jerk at 135, 155(f - finished at 135), 135, 145, 135

Alternated between rounds with sets of 5 pullups of various flavors including dead hangs, chinups, weighted +25, weighted +50, towel pulls and l-pulls.
