The Clean and Jerk, deconstructed.

Three rounds for time of:

15 deadlifts, 135#
12 hang power cleans, 135#
9 front squats, 135#
6 jerks, 135#

19:27. Motivation was the hardest part of this one. I spent at least a couple of minutes just pacing around hating the workout when I could have been doing reps. This is actually meant to be done for five rounds, but I didn't have the time this morning.
