Today's workout:

Body weight 182

warmup 2x15

5 rounds of:
400M sprint
95 pound hang power snatch

Got through 3 rounds at 16 minutes on the nose, then started feeling my back so I stopped.
Back tweakage sucks.

Finished up with 5x5 inclined bench at 135,155,155,155,155
Alternated with bodyweight rows in the smith rack 5x8
