Warmup:

2 rounds, 15 reps each of
pullups, dips, roman chair situps, back extensions and lunges

Crossfit WOD:

50 burpees for time

Finished in 4:28

Vanity stuff:

5x5 incline bench, 135,135,135,155,155
5x5 weighted pullups, all rounds at +50 pounds
