Tabata something else

"Tabata Something Else"
Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.

Pullups: 11, 7, 5, 6, 5, 5, 4, 4 = 47
Pushups: 15, 11, 8, 7, 7, 7, 7, 6 = 68
Situps: 12, 12, 12, 12, 11, 11, 12, 11 = 93
Squats: 14, 14, 12, 11, 11, 11, 12, 14 = 99
Total = 307 vs. 290 last time.

Finished up with OHS practice, hard to do when you're breathing really hard...
