Back from vacation...

Wherein I did nothing exercise related.

Oh, wait, I did a few rounds of puhsups, and I did swim a bit, (and nearly drowned - gotta hit the pool!) but that's about it...

So today I did this:

4 x 800m holding best possible pace, not slowing more than 3 secs per round
2 minute recoveries between rounds

Pretty pleased with the consistency, not so pleased with the times. I'd like to see these down around 3:15 or less. Something to shoot for.

Tonight I'm gonna go back to week 3, I think, of 100 pushups...
