Well below my PR for deads, a bit below my PR for squats, but I've not been hitting things that hard recently, so I'm happy with the numbers. My squat, while down 10 pounds, feels much better from a form standpoint.

up, woohoo! 46° and cloudy. Wind at 20MPH, blech....

Softshell was too warm, but bare-handed was a bit much - need lightweight gloves.
